Overview
About the training
At GSA, our trainings are prepared with great care and attention. We work according to an annual schedule in which focal point competitions and goals are established. Based on this, we develop a varied training program. Each training session consists of a warm-up segment, a technique and conditioning block, and a cool-down segment. All aspects of swimming are covered, from technique to endurance.
The training program is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or ambitions. Whether you swim recreationally, participate in competitions, triathlons, or open water swimming, we offer a challenging program tailored to your level. Our organization ensures that both beginners and experienced and fast swimmers can train at their own pace and level.
Every Wednesday in the 50-meter pool and every Friday in a separate lane, we provide space specifically for swimmers who want to focus on long distances. Additionally, we also organize clinics during regular training sessions. In these clinics, extra attention is paid to specific swimming techniques, such as turns, starting from the starting block, or improving your stroke.
Experienced
You have experience and enjoy a challenge.
In these lanes, you work on speed, strength, and performance goals. The trainings are varied and more intense, with attention to technique under pace. For those who want to get the most out of their swimming sessions — with a touch of competition.
