About the Training
At GSA, our training sessions are prepared with great care and attention. We work according to an annual plan in which key competitions and goals are established. Based on this, we create a varied training program. Each training session consists of a warm-up segment, a technique and conditioning block, and a cool-down segment. All aspects of swimming are covered, from technique to endurance.
The training program is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or ambitions. Whether you swim recreationally, participate in competitions, triathlons, or open water swimming, we offer a challenging program that is tailored to your level. Our organization ensures that both beginner and experienced and fast swimmers can train at their own pace and level.
Average
You can swim 500 meters continuously and want to further improve your technique.
In this group, the focus is on balance and rhythm: you learn to swim more efficiently, work on endurance, and have room to refine your stroke. Perfect for those who already have some experience but are not yet ready for the highest tempo.
