For those who want to (re)start swimming. In these lanes, the emphasis is on teaching or refining basic techniques in a relaxed atmosphere. You will work on your fitness, rhythm, and confidence in the water. Ideal if you want to build up again after a while or just want to move with pleasure.
About the training
At GSA, our training sessions are prepared with great care and attention. We work according to an annual plan in which key competitions and goals are established. Based on this, we create a varied training program. Each training session consists of a warm-up section, a technique and fitness block, and a cool-down section. This includes all aspects of swimming, from technique to endurance.
The training program is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or ambitions. Whether you swim recreationally, participate in competitions, triathlons, or open water swimming, we offer a challenging program tailored to your level. Our structure ensures that both beginner and experienced swimmers can train at their own pace and level.
