Overview
Average
At the average level, you continue to refine your technique and increase your endurance, allowing you to swim more efficiently and cover more distance.
You can swim 500 meters in a row and want to further improve your technique.
This group focuses on balance and rhythm: you learn to swim more efficiently, work on endurance, and have the space to refine your stroke. Perfect for those with some experience, but not yet ready to go at the fastest pace.
About the training
At GSA, our training sessions are prepared with great care and attention. We work according to an annual plan in which key competitions and goals are set. Based on this, we create a varied training program. Each training session consists of a warm-up portion, a technique and conditioning block, and a cool-down portion. All aspects of swimming are addressed, from technique to endurance.
The training program is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or ambitions. Whether you swim recreationally, participate in competitions, triathlons, or open water swimming, we offer a challenging program tailored to your level. Our structure ensures that both beginner and experienced fast swimmers can train at their own pace and level.
