As a beginner, you focus on improving your basic techniques so that you feel comfortable and confident in the water. The emphasis during the sessions is on refining the basic technique in a relaxed atmosphere. You work on your fitness, rhythm, and confidence in the water. Ideal if you want to build up again after a while or just want to swim for fun.
About the training
At GSA, our trainings are prepared with great care and attention. We work according to an annual schedule in which key competitions and goals are set. Based on this, we develop a varied training program. Each training consists of a warm-up section, a technique and fitness block, and a cool-down section. Here, all aspects of swimming are addressed, from technique to endurance.
The training program is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or ambitions. Whether you swim recreationally, participate in competitions, triathlons, or open water swimming, we offer a challenging program that is tailored to your level. Our organization ensures that both beginner and experienced fast swimmers can train at their own pace and level.
